Each chat shows:
the AI platform and the date of the run
the full answer, with the hotels MARA identified highlighted
whether your hotel was mentioned and at which position
the sources the AI used for this answer
Are these real guest conversations?
No. The chats are answers to the prompts MARA sends to each platform. They show what a guest would see when asking the same question, but they aren't conversations of real guests.
Why answers differ from what I see when I ask myself
AI answers vary from run to run, even for exactly the same question. They can also depend on things like location, language or previous conversations. That's why MARA runs your prompts repeatedly and calculates your visibility across many answers, rather than relying on a single one.
