How to integrate MARA with LiekMagic
Simply activate the MARA x LikeMagic Integration in your MARA Accout Settings:
Enter your LikeMagic data in your MARA Account Settings > Tech Stack Integrations:

Once activated, MARA matches your Booking and Expedia reviews, as well as your internal surveys with your guest profiles to enrich data, both in MARA and in LikeMagic.
Enabled Features
Enriched Guest Data in LikeMagic:
Transform every returning guest check-in into a tailored experience. MARA enriches your reservation with guest preferences derived from reviews and guest surveys.
Automatic reservation updates: When a guest leaves a review or survey response, MARA links it to their LikeMagic reservation.
Guest preferences: MARA adds a note about guest preferences to the guest profile (e.g., the guest prefers soft over hard pillows, enjoys using the spa facilities, or places a high value on cleanliness). These insights help provide a more personalized experience and improve service for returning guests.
Enriched Data & Analytics in MARA
MARA also enriches reviews with PMS data to give you more context about a guest's stay and allow for deeper analytics. For all matched reviews, MARA shows

Additional Analytics Level:
Gain deeper insights into your property with more detailed analysis based on room or rate information. Identify which rooms or rates receive the best and worst ratings - and understand the reasons behind them. Check your Property Overview Screen or click on a topic in your Review Insights for room-level analytics.
Automated service tickets
Knowing the room number, MARA can now automatically generate maintenance and housekeeping tickets (e.g., "A/C broken in room 105"). These can be viewed in the Inbox and are pushed in any integrated ticketing tool automatically.
