PMS Integrations unlock three powerful capabilities:
1. Seamless, personalized guest experiences and data usage: Transform every returning guest check-in into a tailored experience. MARA enriches your PMS data with guest preferences gathered from reviews and surveys, allowing your team to anticipate needs effortlessly. Besides adding guest preferences to your PMS' guest profiles, we also display your guests' reservation data in your Inbox, so you have all information about their stay (e.g., room number, room category or duration of stay) when answering to reviews.
2. Room-level performance analytics: Gain deeper insights into your property with detailed room-level analysis. Identify which rooms or rates receive the best and worst ratings - and understand the reasons behind them. Check your Property Overview Screen or click on a topic in your Review Insights for property-level analytics.
3. Automated service tickets: MARA automatically generates maintenance and housekeeping tickets (e.g., "A/C broken in room 105"). These can be viewed in the Inbox and easily retrieved via our API and integrated directly into your existing ticketing system.

Simply activate the MARA x MEWS Integration in your MEWS Marketplace.
You can view the status of your integration in you MARA Accout Settings.
Once actived, MARA matches your Booking and Expedia reviews, as well as your internal surveys with your MEWS guest profiles to enrich data, both in MARA and in MEWS.
Smart Tips at Check-In: MEWS 'Smart Tip' displays a summary of guest preferences the moment they arrive. Instead of digging through past notes or relying on memory, MEWS now automatically flags our guests preferrences at their next check-in
Complaint guest tags: MARA automatically adds tag 'complaint guest' in the MEWS guest profile of guests who left a negative review in the past.
Reservation Data in your Inbox: For all matched reviews, MARA shows you additional data below each review in your Inbox.

Analytics on room or rate level: With the PMS data, MARA now shows your analytics on room or rate level in your Property Overview Screen or in the topic deep dive of your Review Insights.
