Why am I unable to activate the Expedia Integration?

How to set up your Expedia integration and what to do if you cannot see the Connectivity Settings in your Expedia account.

In your Expedia Admin Panel, go to Rooms & Rates > Connectivity Settings and check if MARA Solutions is listed as a provider under "Reviews". You might need to remove the exising provider to add MARA.

Important: The "Connectivity Provider Guide" is not the correct screen. You need to open the "Connectivity Settings" screen to set up the integration.

If you cannot access the Connectivity Settings screen, verify that you have admin rights and eventually try it with a different Expedia user.

Some properties, especially in hotel chains like Marriott, may not be able to see the Connectivity Settings in their Expedia account as their access is restricted. If that's the case, or you experience any other issues, contact [email protected], including your Expedia ID(s) and screenshots if possible.

If MARA is listed as your Reviews provider, make sure you click on "add integration" in your MARA account as well to activate the integration.
