If your Tripadvisor integration is showing an error ⚠️ hover over the symbol to see the error message.
Wrong credentials:
Ensure you are using the correct admin login credentials. You need to enter your TripAdvisor admin login and password.
These credentials need to work when loggin in to TripAdvisor directly via "continue with E-Mail".
If you currently use "log in with Google" to access your Tripadvisor account, you first need to go to your Tripadvisor account, click on your profile icon and select "account information" in the dropdown menu. There, you can set a password and check/change your primary email address, which you can use in MARA to activate the Integration.
Once you confirmed that your credentials work in Tripadvisor, ideally, copy them into MARA.
