Ask reviews anything lets you chat with your reviews to get instant answers, without digging through the analytics screens.
How to use it
Open Ask reviews anything, start a new thread, and type your question - for example:
"What do guests say about breakfast?"
"What do guests complain about most?"
You can also reach it from the AI summary buttons across the analytics screens (e.g. in Review Insights), which pre-fill a summary of the relevant reviews.
When to use the Research Assistant instead
The chat is great for quick qualitative questions and summaries, but it can only answer a certain set of questions. For more complex work - comparing properties, KPI trends over time, scheduled or custom reports, and AI recommendations - use the AI Research Assistant.
