Absolutely. MARA allows you to review, edit, and personalize any AI-generated draft before it’s sent. This lets you ensure replies are perfectly in line with your hotel’s tone or address specific guest feedback.
You can add context or input for a generated reply in the field below the reply and press the arrow or "Ctrl+Enter" - MARA updates your reply based on your input.
You can also edit a generated reply in the translation field if you are responding to a review in a language you are not fluent in. After adjusting the translation, simply click on "update reply" and your changes will be included in the original reply.
