Let MARA write reviews while you sleep

You no longer need to wait for each reply to be generated. Set up Automation rules to boost your efficiency:

Each morning, you'll find drafted responses to new reviews in your inbox. Simply check the pre-generated replies and publish them. Alternatively, let MARA operate on autopilot and automatically publish replies for you (e.g. for positive reviews without text).

Two types of automations rules

  1. Pre-generation (publish the reply manually)
    MARA drafts responses for new, unanswered reviews in your inbox. You can then edit the drafts and publish them manually. This means you no longer have to press "generate reply" for each review and wait for it to be written - instead, you can directly start going through the response drafts in your inbox.

  2. Full Automation
    MARA generates a response and automatically publishes it for you. This is only possible for platforms with direct integrations (currently Google and Booking). To reach a 100% response rate, you can for instance automate your replies to 4- and 5-star Google reviews without text.


Creating multiple automation rules

You can create as many rules as you wish to perfectly match your needs.

Example: For Hotel A I want pre-generations for all reviews, but for Hotel B I want full automation of positive reviews on Google without text and pre-generation for all other reviews.

This can be done by creating two rules:


Rule 1: Pre-Generation Hotel A & Hotel B

  • Mode: Response Drafts

  • Properties: Hotel A, Hotel B

  • Review Sources: all sources

  • Revie Type: all reviews

  • Review stars: 1 - 5 stars

Rule 2: Full Automation Hotel B for Google

  • Mode: Publish Response Automatically

  • Properties: Hotel B

  • Review Sources: Google

  • Revie Type: reviews without text

  • Review stars: 4 - 5 stars
