MARA supports automation for drafting and publishing replies, but not for scheduling replies for a specific future time.

You can set up automation rules to have <b>replies pre-generated overnight </b>and ready for you to review and manually send the.

You can further set rules to<b> fully automate certain replies</b> (e.g., positive Google reviews without text), so that after the daily inbox update, the reply for a new review matching your rule will be generated and published by MARA.

Note: full automation is only available for platforms with an active direct OTA integration (Google, Booking, Expedia and Tripadvisor). By default only positive reviews (4 stars and above) can be fully automated; enabling auto-publishing for lower ratings requires an account admin to change this setting.
