When you have manually deleted your reply for a Booking.com review (for example, to correct a language issue and adjust a rejected reply), the easiest way to reply to this review again, is by editing the reply directly in your Booking.com extranet. You can also generate a new reply directly in the Extranet using MARA’s Chrome Extension.
To re-enable replying from your MARA inbox for an already answered review, the MARA support may need to update the reply status manually so you can publish the reply again. This only works if your reply in the extranet has been deleted.
