If you'd like to reply to customer feedback directly on review platforms we haven’t integrated - you can download our Chrome extension that allows you to reply to your feedback on any website (including internal tools like Medallia, GuestVoice or Qualtrics).

​How it works

With just a few clicks, MARA helps you craft the perfect response without leaving the page.

  1. Install the Chrome Extension.

  2. Highlight the feedback text you want to reply to.

  3. Press CTRL (or STRG) + M.

  4. The MARA Extension will instantly generate a suitable response and copy it to your clipboard

  5. Simply paste the reply wherever needed (CTRL + V).
    ​
