How does MARA handle deleted reviews?

If a review is deleted from the source platform (e.g., Booking.com, Google, Tripadvisor), MARA does not receive an automatic notification about the deletion.

If a review had been removed on the original platform, it might therefore still be visible in your MARA inbox.

Only when you try to send an answer for a review that has been deleted, we receive a corresponding error from the OTA - you will then be asked whether you want to remove it from your inbox to keep your data accurate.

You can also request review removals by sending a screenshot or the review details to [email protected].
