The EU AI Act's transparency obligations apply to fully automated AI-generated content. MARA is built with a human-in-the-loop safeguard: before any automated reply is sent, you receive a draft-notification email with a review window (approximately 4 hours) during which you can review or edit the response before it is published.

This keeps you in control of what gets published, which is why using MARA to draft and send review replies does not create additional obligations for your property under the Act.
