MARA sends you a daily email notification letting you know how many new reviews have come in since the previous day.

MARA scrapes your connected review platforms once per night. This nightly sync is also what powers your MARA Inbox updates (around 2am CET).

Once the nightly scrape is complete, you'll receive an email summarizing the number of new reviews collected since your last update. Because this reflects a full nightly scrape, the count in the email covers all new reviews picked up that night across your connected platforms — nothing is left out.

To read, reply to, or manage the individual reviews themselves, simply log in to your MARA Inbox.

This is a daily summary email, not a real-time or per-review alert — you won't get notified the instant a single review comes in, but you can count on one email per day reflecting everything gathered during that night's scrape.

In addition to the daily email, MARA sends a summary email every Monday recapping the previous week: your response rate, average rating, and the top topics guests mentioned. On the first Monday of each month, this email also includes a summary of the previous month.

If you're using MARA's Survey feature, you can set up additional notifications that arrive immediately — for example, right when a new survey response comes in — rather than waiting for the daily summary. This is only available for surveys, not for reviews collected from external platforms.
