In order to set up your comp set you just need to go to your settings in your account and click on competitors.
On the right side you click on create new competitor and you can search for the competitors name e.g. name of the hotel you'd like to add.
Per property you can add up to five competitors. If you'd like to add more than five competitors feel free to reach out to [email protected]
What you can do with your comp set
Once your comp set is set up, the Property Overview shows a comp-set comparison: response rate, MARA score, and number of reviews for each competitor alongside your own property.
Competitor Insights (add-on): a deeper, qualitative analysis of your comp set - including category sentiment - is available as a separate paid add-on (Competitor Analytics). Contact [email protected] if you'd like to enable it.
