You can download reports from the MARA dashboard as Excel files, which can then be further analyzed or imported into your BI tools.
Downloads of certain KPIs are available directly on your analytics screens, and in the Reports screen you can generate broader data exports.
From the Reports screen you can:
Generate an account report or property report as Excel, containing the on-screen KPIs plus additional splits (for example response rate per platform).
Export all your reviews for any timeframe together with your replies, for further analysis in Excel.
