The Brand Voice requires a minimum number of 10 published answers in the past 8 weeks to be trained. If your property doesn’t meet this yet, try answering some reviews using MARA’s AI. You can make manual adjustments to the reply where needed before publishing.
Once you’ve reached the required threshold of 10 replies, the Brand Voice will be set up automatically, and you will receive a notification once you are able to select it in your reply settings.
