How do I add or invite a new user to our MARA account?

As Account Admin or Property Admin, you can invite as many additional users to your account/assigned property as you wish.

Go to your Account Settings in your MARA account and open the Users tab. Here you see all users that who currently part of your account/property. In the top right corner you find the Add Users button with two options:

  • add Admin: to invite additional Account Admins with unlimited rights

  • add Users: to invite Property Admins or Repliers with limited rights

Select one or more properties the user(s) should have access to and insert the email address of each user you would like to invite. You can also insert a list of email addresses that are separated by semicolons.

The invitation to join the account will immediately be sent to the indicated email address.
