User Roles and Permissions Overview

There are four different user roles: Account Admin, Property Admin, Replier, and Read Only. Additionally, there is a variation of the Replier role called Replier Lite.
You can manage all roles directly in your account here.

​​Account Admins

Account Admins have the highest level of access and control over the entire account. They have full access to all properties within the account and see all properties and screens.​

Property Admins

​Property Admins have administrative rights similar to Account Admins but only for the assigned property. Further, they cannot see the subscription details in their account settings where usage limits (Overage) or payment and billing details can be managed.

Repliers

Repliers have access to response and analysis features for their assigned properties. But they have several restrictions with regard to Inbox and account settings:

Replier Lite

Replier Lite users have access to response and analysis features for their assigned properties, with slightly more restrictions than Repliers.

Read Only users have view-only access with no ability to interact with inbox or configuration features.
