Dimensions are custom grouping options that let you categorize your properties. For example, by Region, Brand, Property Type, or Owner etc. ​

This makes it easier to view and filter messages, reviews, or bookings by cluster.

Note: Dimensions are configured by Account Admins under Settings → Dimensions.

Select the property you’d like to configure.

Enter a name (e.g. Region or Brand).

1. Go to Settings → Dimensions.
2. Select the property you’d like to configure.
3. Click + Add Dimension.
4. Enter a name (e.g. Region or Brand).
5. Add the relevant Clusters
