Once a review has been published on e.g. Booking.com, it cannot be changed through external tools or new data imports.
To edit an already published review, you need to use your Extranet of the respective platform.
Log in to your e.g. Booking Extranet.
Go to the Reviews section.
Open the review you want to adjust.
Click Edit to make your changes.
Please note: This process can only be done directly inside the Extranet.
