Usage Limit & Credit Overage

We generally allow 300 reply generations per month and property, meaning an account with 10 properties has 3000 monthly reply generations included. These credits can be flexibly used across properties within the account.

Usage limits per property

Account Admins can set usage limits per property in the Property Screen of their Account Settings.

Increase usage limit (Overage)

Even though our credit limits are set quite high and will be sufficient for most properties, you can increase the credit limit if you need more replies (e.g., when working in a large backlog of unanswered reviews).

The overage setting allows account admins to set a limit on the maximum credits that can be used on top of the included subscription credits. Only used overage credits will be charged at the end of the month. By default, the overage is set to 0.

For example:

  • For a plan with 300 included credits, the overage is set to 100.

  • This means that users can generate 400 answers.

  • The account then pays per additional answer after 300 generations, adding additional costs of a maximum of 100 answers.
