Organize Properties with Dimensions

The new Dimensions feature in your MARA Inbox helps you structure and group your properties more efficiently.

What are Dimensions?

Dimensions are custom grouping options that let you categorize your properties. For example, by Region, Brand, Property Type, or Owner etc.

This makes it easier to view and filter messages, reviews, or bookings by cluster.

Example

  • Dimension: Region
    ​Clusters: Berlin, Munich, Hamburg

  • Dimension: Brand
    ​Clusters: Villa Collection, City Apartments

How to Add Dimensions

  1. Go to Settings → Dimensions.

  2. Select the property you’d like to configure.

  3. Click + Add Dimension.

  4. Enter a name (e.g. Region or Brand).

  5. Add the relevant Clusters

Why Use Dimensions?

  • Clear overview in the Inbox

  • Easy filtering by Region, Brand, or Cluster

  • Especially useful for multi-brand or multi-region portfolios
